Tuesdays | 6:00pm | Hatch Shell
Fusing Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves, nothing is more fun and healthy than a high energy Zumba workout. Routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms are combined with resistance training. Come get your groove on and break a sweat on the Esplanade. Classes begin 7/11. Classes sponsored by Healthworks.
Wednesdays | 6:00pm | Fiedler Field (Arthur Fiedler Memorial Head)
Whether you’re a beginner or expert, our yoga program allows you to challenge your mind and body while enjoying beautiful river views. Increase your flexibility and muscle tone, while achieving calmness, stress reduction and overall body awareness. Namaste! Classes begin 7/12. Classes led by Sara Divello.
*Please note: Yoga mats will not be available at class. Participants wishing to use mats should bring their own.
Wednesdays | 6:00pm | Marathon Sports (671 Boylston Street)
Whether you hit the pavement every day or you’re just getting started, runners of all ages and levels are invited to meet a Marathon Sports every Wednesday for the Marathon Sports Run Club.
