Healthy, Fit & Fun 2018 Schedule
Tuesdays, July 10 – September 4| 6:00 pm | Hatch Shell
Fusing Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves, nothing is more fun and calorie burning than a high-energy Zumba workout. Routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms are combined with resistance training. Come showcase your dance moves and break a sweat on the Esplanade!

Wednesdays, July 11 – September 5 | 6:00 pm | Fiedler Field (Arthur Fiedler Memorial Head)
Whether you’re a beginner or expert, our yoga program allows you to challenge your mind and body while enjoying beautiful river views. Increase your flexibility and muscle tone while achieving calmness, stress reduction, and overall body awareness. Namaste!

The first class on Wednesday, July 11 will feature a complimentary snack-sized salad from sweetgreen!**
*Please note: Yoga mats will not be available at class. Participants wishing to use mats should bring their own.

Wednesdays | 6:30 pm | Marathon Sports (671 Boylston Street)
Whether you hit the pavement every day or you’re just getting started, runners of all ages and levels are invited to meet at Marathon Sports every Wednesday for the Marathon Sports Run Club. Runners have the option to choose between a 3, 5, or 8-mile route along the Esplanade and Charles River pathways.

Fit Body Boot Camp’s specialized Afterburn workouts use a combination of (HIIT) High-Intensity Interval Training and Active Rest Training to get your body to burn more fat and calories than traditional workouts. Every group training session is led by an experienced and certified personal trainer and is designed to be fun, high energy and challenging all while burning maximum fat and toning your muscles.
