Healthy, Fit & Fun

Who wants to get fit for FREE?

Healthy, Fit & Fun promotes exercise and good health in a fun group setting. People of all ages and abilities are encouraged to come get fit and make new friends while enjoying the beauty of the Esplanade. The Esplanade Association partners with organizations around Boston to offer a diverse array of expert-led fitness classes. All classes are free and open to the public. Registration is required to participate.

The season typically runs from July – early September. Thanks to our partners we are able to offer a great range of programs as well as provide an opportunity to learn about local businesses and sample new products.

We hope to see you on the Esplanade next summer!
