What the Esplanade Association Does

The Esplanade is one of the most vibrant, beautiful, and versatile parks in urban America. The Esplanade Association plays a significant role in funding the park’s operating budget which allows us to preserve natural green space, and build community by providing educational, cultural and recreational programs for everyone.

Hand in hand with members, volunteers, community partners, and the Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation, the Esplanade Association continues its work to address the critical needs of the park and to build a thriving, safe, accessible park where people come together to share, explore and enjoy nature and community. EA’s work includes:
