Join us for the Annual Charles River Cleanup!
The Earth Day Charles River Cleanup provides volunteers an opportunity to serve their communities and engage in stewardship of the river and its parklands.
The Annual Earth Day Charles River Cleanup is organized by: Charles River Watershed Association, Esplanade Association, Department of Conservation and Recreation, Charles River Conservancy, Emerald Necklace Conservancy, Green Decade Newton, Senator Will Brownsberger’s Office, and Waltham.
All registration is done through the Charles River Watershed Association.
Registration is now open for the annual Charles River Cleanup on Saturday, April 29th from 9am – 12 noon. The Charles River Cleanup invites volunteers to work together to remove litter and debris from the Charles River and its surrounding parklands in one of the nation’s largest one-day river cleanup events!
We are seeking volunteers to help us with registration and direction of volunteers on the day of the cleanup. For more information email Micah Jasny at email@example.com. With the exception of these few remaining slots, registration is currently full for the Esplanade locations for the 2017 Charles River Cleanup. Please contact Micah Jasny (firstname.lastname@example.org or 617-227-0365; Ext. 407) if you’d like to set up a separate volunteer event for some time this year.
